Answers in spoken Arabic — Levantine · Egyptian · Gulf · Maghrebi

Every call gets an answer.
Even after hours.

It answers in everyday Arabic around the clock: understands, answers, books, and routes to the right department. And if nobody picks up — it takes the number and keeps reminding you until you call back.

The problem

The call that does not ring twice

A customer who gets no answer does not call back — they call the next company on the list. And you never find out they called at all.

🌙

After hours

Half your calls arrive when nobody is in the office — evenings, weekends, holidays. All of them are lost.
📞

Peak hours

Your receptionist is on another line and the third caller hangs up after two rings. With no record they ever called.
🔁

The same questions daily

"What are your hours?" "Where are you?" "How much?" — a full person's day, every day.
📭

Transferred, no answer

The extension rings in an empty room and the customer hangs up annoyed. And you never hear about it.
What sets us apart

And if nobody answers?

This is where every other "AI assistant" stops. Twasal does not — it keeps going until it finds someone, and if it cannot, it takes the number and makes a promise. You see that promise on your screen until it is kept.

1

It rings the right department

Not one number. You define your departments, and under each one its staff with their extensions and their hours. The caller wants accounting? It rings accounting — and only whoever is actually on shift.
2

The first to answer takes it

Five staff in the department, two already on calls — it rings the other three. Whoever answers gets the call logged under their name, so you know who is carrying the load.
3

Nobody answered? You decide the next step

The manager's mobile, or reception, or another department — you set it once and it runs itself. And the mobile rings even after hours, because that is the point.
4

And if you set nothing — it promises

It takes the caller's number and what they needed, and tells them "we will call you back". It does not hang up on them or say "try again later".
5

And it keeps reminding you until you call back

The promise stays on your screen: "a customer is waiting for a call back". It does not fade with time — it disappears when it is kept.
Services

Exactly what Twasal does

Not a vague "smart assistant" — these are the jobs it does on your phone from day one.

🛎️

Taking and logging orders

It takes the full request from the caller, logs it with their name, number and details, and routes it to the right department. And it writes the order into your own system when we are connected to it.
📅

Booking appointments

It checks the free slots in your system, offers them to the caller, and books — during the call. And it confirms the appointment before they hang up.
Coming soon

Appointment reminders

A reminder call a day before, with confirmation or rescheduling in the same call.
🗂️

Handling complaints

It listens to the whole complaint, records it verbatim, measures whether the customer is upset, and escalates it immediately when it is serious.
🔧

Fault reports and follow-up

It opens a ticket in your maintenance system, gives the customer the ticket number, and routes them to technical support. And if nobody picks up, the ticket stays open on your dashboard until it is closed.

Repeat questions

Hours, location, prices, what you offer — answered instantly without transferring. You write the answers once in your dashboard and that is it.
↪️

Smart routing and escalation

It routes to the right department. Staff did not answer? It tries reception. Still nobody? It comes back to the caller, takes their number and writes down the request — it never leaves them hanging.
📊

Reports and caller mood

Every call gets a written outcome and every department gets a report. You see who hung up unhappy and which department frustrates customers. Export to PDF or Excel.
🔌

Connected to your systems

It reads from and writes to your booking, inventory or maintenance system — during the call. And if your system is old with no API, we connect straight to the database.
WhatsApp

The call does not end when you hang up

The confirmation goes out on WhatsApp from your own official business number, the moment the booking is made. The customer replies with one word — and the appointment updates itself in the calendar. Nobody opens anything, nobody types anything.

One word is enough

"Confirm", "change" or "cancel". The customer replies, the appointment updates in the calendar that same moment — and you see it confirmed on your dashboard.
📵

And it learns who is unreachable

A number that WhatsApp cannot reach is recorded. So you stop sending and waiting for a reply that will never come — you know it needs a call instead.
🔕

And nobody gets pestered

Quiet hours, a per-minute cap, and "do not contact me" respected. Offers go only to those who agreed — confirming your own appointment is one thing, an advert is another.
🏷

From your own official number

The official WhatsApp Business API from Meta — not an unknown number or a side app. Your customer sees your company name.
The call map

See your call path — from the panel itself

This is the same screen you open in your own panel: every step your call passes through and its state — ready, missing something, or paid for and not running. You see where the problem is before your customer does.

Industries

Who is Twasal for?

For any business whose phone rings more than it can answer. These are where we see the biggest difference.

🛠️

Technical support and services

Faults and enquiries arrive at any hour, most of them after hours, with nobody to open or route them.
It opens the ticket in your system, gives the customer its number, and routes to the on-call technician. The ticket stays open on your dashboard until it is closed.
🏥

Hospitals

A switchboard with dozens of departments, and the caller gets lost between transfers and hangs up.
It understands the request in Arabic and routes to the right department first time. And if that department does not answer, it takes the number and logs the request.
🛍️

Retail

"Do you have this size?" "Where is your branch?" "How much?" — while your staff are with a walk-in customer.
It answers on stock, prices and branches, takes reservation requests, and logs the number of every customer who asked for something out of stock.
🍽️

Restaurants

At peak time the line is busy, and orders are lost exactly when there are most of them.
It takes the full order with address and details, books a table, answers on the menu and delivery times — and ten callers at once all get answered.
🩺

Clinics

Patients call after hours to book, find nobody, and book with another clinic instead.
It books the slot in your system, answers on prices, insurance and hours, and logs every urgent case for the doctor.
🧪

Labs

Half the calls are "is my result ready?" and "how much is this test?" — they eat a full person's day.
It answers on test prices and fasting rules, tells them from your system whether the result is ready, and books a sample collection.
Training

It does not just answer — you train it.

Twasal starts out knowing nothing about your business. You teach it yourself from your panel, in Arabic, with no developer — and you can make it a support agent that solves problems, not one that only transfers calls.

📚

Teach it your answers

You write the question and its answer in your panel — "how long does a repair take?", "what does the warranty cover?" — and it answers with exactly that. Each department gets its own.
🗣

Teach it your terms

Your product names, models and codes — you tell it how each is written and how it is pronounced, so it does not mishear a model number or log a broken one.
🔌

Connect it to your system

It reads from your system: order status, invoice balance, whether a result is ready. And it writes to it: opens a ticket, logs a fault, books a slot — and gives the customer the ticket number before hanging up.
🧭

And tell it when to act

For each action you write "when to use it" in Arabic, so it can tell an enquiry it can settle itself from a case that must reach a technician. And what it does not know it does not invent — it takes the number and logs it.
Setup

How it goes live for you

In a day or two — without changing your number or your phone system.

1

We talk

One call: your departments, your extensions, the ten most common questions, and the dialect and voice you want.
2

We connect your number

Twasal connects to the PBX you already have and transfers to the same extensions. No new numbers, no new hardware.
3

You hear it and tune it

You call and hear it yourself. Anything you want changed — an answer, the dialect, the voice, a department — you change it in your dashboard and it applies to the next call.
Voice and dialect

It speaks like your customers

Not formal Arabic and not robotic. Real everyday speech — and it learns your trade vocabulary (test names, model numbers, your internal shorthand) so it hears them right the first time.

Security

Your data and your customers' data

🔒

Your calls are yours

Each company sees only its own calls. And we never use your calls to train any model.
🏢

Or on your own server

For banks and organisations that require it: we install inside your network and your data never leaves it.
🔑

It never sees your extensions

The AI only picks a department name — the system alone turns it into a number. So there is no way for it to transfer outside your company.
📄

Everything is logged — including what we do

Every call and its outcome, recorded and timestamped. And more: if anyone from our side opens your panel for support, it records who, when, and from which address.
🗓

You decide how long we keep it

You write a number — 30 days, 90, a year — and after that the transcript, summary and callback number are wiped automatically. Minutes and outcomes remain, so billing and reports are unaffected. And the wipe itself is logged.
🛡

A guard on your phone bill

The most common attack on call centres is not stolen data — it is stolen minutes: someone dials expensive numbers they own, on a Friday night. We block those ranges in code where no setting can open them, allow only your countries, cap by hour and by day — and alert you before it becomes an invoice.

FAQ

Frequently asked

؟Do I need to change my phone system or numbers?
No. Twasal connects to the PBX you already have and transfers to the same extensions you already use. No number changes and no new hardware.
؟What if it does not understand the caller?
It apologises and asks again; after two tries it transfers to a person. And it never invents an answer — if it does not know, it says so and transfers.
؟What about background noise or music?
It separates the caller's voice from what is around them and does not respond to speech not addressed to it. If the audio is unclear it asks them to repeat.
؟Can it handle several callers at once?
Yes. Ten people calling the same second all get answered immediately. No queue and no busy tone.
؟How long until it is running?
A day or two. We go through your departments, dialect and common questions, connect you, and you try it yourself before paying anything.
؟What does it cost?
From $49 a month, and the price of an extra minute is written on the pricing page — not discovered on your invoice. And we never cut your line if the minutes run out.
