This page explains the agreement between you and TwasalAI when you use our service. We wrote it in plain language so you would actually read it, not so we could hide behind it.
TwasalAI answers your company's calls with an Arabic voice assistant: it takes the call, works out what the caller wants, answers from the information you give us, and gets them to the right department — or takes their message and passes it to you.
It works from the information you enter. We know nothing about your business beyond what you put in your panel, and the assistant does not invent services or prices.
⚠ That difference is deliberate: cutting the calls would punish the caller — someone with no part in an overdue invoice. The pressure belongs on whoever decides, not on the phone line.
The service depends on the internet and on outside providers (telecom carriers and AI models). We do what we can to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every answer will be free of error.
We do not guarantee business outcomes. TwasalAI is a tool that answers and routes — the customer's decision stays theirs.
Everything you enter — your company information, contacts, calls and their transcripts — belongs to your company. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend an account used unlawfully, or in a way that harms other people or the service. We will tell you first, unless the harm is already happening.
We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will email you a reasonable time before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
